From what I can tell, COJ and TP inventory is combined. Certainly check both, but the couple of things I looked at appeared the same, and the order I placed on one seemed to be accounted for in what was available on the other.

I noticed that too. Prices and quantities on both sites were identical on all of the items I checked.
