So I have to, well I like to dry box my cigars, so I have to take a guess at how many cigars I want to smoke, and what cigars I want to smoke.

I pick 3-4 put them in a 5 ct CBros Personal Humidor with s 62% humi-pack.

Every now and then I grab straight from the Humi, I try and do it early, so it can sit out most of the day.

Anyone else way to anal?

Tim

My cabinet is running in the 65-67% range, and most everything smokes really well. If it's something really special I'll put it in my desktop at ~62% for a couple days but honestly...most are GTG out of the cabinet.

After months of tinkering
The cabinet I built is now stable in that range
And more and more often I do not have an issue but I am not ready to call it good just yet

Oh, yes. I definitely am. Downstairs fridges at 67-68. Monthly pull up to desktop humidor at 67-68. Small (20 ct) dry box humidor with two 62s in it.

You are not alone!

I keep my cab at 62 to 65%. Never dry box. Never have an issue.
That makes sense, because you keep your sticks in a range we are trying to get to by dry-boxing. You’re never going to have an issue.

If someone wants to long-term store them at a higher RH, though, they will find dry-boxing a big help. I know I have.
