That is usually spelled out in the rule descriptions and is generally 4 months, But In this particular contest, there is no stipulation on membership time and or activity. If you want to join just put up the funds.

So for full disclosure. This is a 20 count box. Since I haven't won any of these drawings I held back 4 Tattoos for myself. But I wouldn't mind winning more. . That left 16 cigars.
For shits and giggles I'll spell out the formula.
Box of 20 was $200... so $10 per cigar.
16 cigars divided by 4 weeks = 4 cigars per drawing.
4 x $10 = $40
add $10 shipping = $50
$50 divided by 26 = $1.92 per number per week.
$1.92 x 4 weeks = $7.70 per number.
2 x $7.70 = $15.40


Hence $15 for 2 numbers.

I know this was short notice but it has been viewed well over 100 times. So if anyone wants to double up, let's go! I'll take another one if open tomorrow.
