3-egg spinach, garden tomato, and feta cheese omelette with sausage and potatoes.

Tonight’s dinner…not on the plate yet but it was good! Butter basted steak in a black pan on the grill, rosemary and garlic butter to baste.

Of course I’m smiling. Eating my favorite meal of Osso Buco with Risotto & asparagus. The marrow from the bone was also delicious!

I think that,is only a 1/2 serving of the Risotto, but the camera angle may be off.

Those packs of rotisserie chicken they have vacuum packed are an awesome value. We used to break them up into 8 oz portions and freeze for quick meals. Just let them thaw on the counter before dinner time. Cheaper then raw chicken at the store.

I've not seen vac packs, but that would be great. Where are they, usually? All I've ever seen are the whole chickens, and they don't last very long when they get set out.

Locally here they are in the refrigerated section near where the have the prepared meals. Far end from the steaks.
