MLB Opening Day & Sportsbooks???

Am I the only one who didn't know there are sports books in MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and NCAA arenas, not to mention a TPC PGA Golf Course? There was a BetMGM Sportsbook at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati that has since moved across the street.
