Spent the day packing (getting ready to move into our new home next weekend), put the ipod onto Radiohead and never changed it again. Best band of the last 20 years. Hands fng down.
 
When I feel like wallowing in my misery, I put on Warren Zevon's Anthology. Some how, "Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner", seems appropriate today.

Just got XM radio in my new car. I can't get enough of the Classic Vinyl station, and Boneyard.
 
I've been listening to a lot of acoustic stuff lately, for whatever reason, as well as some older hip hop, mos def and wu-tang and some others.

K'Naan. Somali rapper. Fresh and actually very good. The two best rappers of the day are Sri Lankan and Somali (IMO). Go figure.

My buddy just got us the entire Metallica show we went to here in Vegas. I guess they allow the download from the fan site after the show, very nice indeed. Also scored the shirt I wanted to buy but ran out before I got to the head of the line at the show. I guess there is some value in being a fan club member.
