I'll probably be around Sam. And Torrance is only 15 miles down the 405 from me (of course that can take an hour with LA traffic

Smoke friendly in LA really doesn't exist, but I know a couple B&M's that we could smoke at (if we can stomach their prices).
I always enjoy eating in Santa Moncia and then sitting in the smoke-free park on Ocean Ave to enjoy a cigar.
