Today is going to be a fun day. I've got a ton of stuff to cook! Lots of orders coming in this week.

Here is the list of whats getting cooked

15 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
6 Boston Butts
4 Beef Briskets
and a bunch of turkey and Beef Jerky.

I will post some pics throughout the day to keep ya hungry :laugh:

Question is....what will be a good stick to go with it??

For a great morning smoke, you can't beat a Leon Jimenes, any size. Nice mild to medium bodied smokes with a ton of flavor. They've been a weekend favorite of mine for years.

Sounds like a good time - I will, on the other hand, be spending all day preparing for a stats exam (multiple regression anyone?). However, I'm made a stand, at 8pm it's quitting time. I'm going to fire up a PAM and watch the Sopranos! Enjoy your day, Eric!

Haven't tried th 46 yet. I'll have to look into getting some of those.

I had an H Upmann No 2 that was probably the best smoke I've had yet though a while back.
