I picked up the Cigar Caddy model #5000 online before we left for our Mexico trip last Nov. Cant beat it. It will hold up to 18 churchill size, and I think I got around 24 cigars in it, but keep in mind, some of them were 4.5 or 5 inch and stacked end to end in the trays. Went through customs without even a second look as well.
