Have the pleasure of leaving for Key West tomorrow, even if it is for work.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the area? Cigar related or not.....

I can assure you there will no visits 90 miles south....but the temptation is great.......if I could I would....

Thanks..........

Definatly hit Hemingways house...it a touristy thing to do...but well worth the walk around!

I know everything there is to know about Cayo Hueso. Moved from there a year ago. Lived there for 6 years. I'll PM you my cell #.

I can't remember any "no smoking" signs at H'way's House, but I don't remember any ashtrays, either. My guess is no smoking allowed.

Regarding K.W. smoking...If you want to smoke name brands or ISOMs, bring your own. The name brands are way overpriced, and the closest thing to ISOMs are "Cuban Made" cigars. :whistling:

The local brands are like local smokes anywhere, only higher priced, IMHO.

Post if you need more info...

Yo Emo: If you have any info that you think us occasional visitors to KW might be interested in, please post it if you have the chance.

Arrived and Key West today. Only hope I can hit all the places Emo sent to me in a PM. I bet get started....

Castaway, thanks for the info....I usually do bring my own, but always willing to support the local vendors who I spend time with.

And the post about Hemingway's house was made with tounge firmly planted in cheek...is there a smiley for that????

Thanks....
