New sleeper cell discovered in New York

Joe a/k/a SiriusStogie Bin ala lama ladi dadi was discovered in Monroe, NY plotting the destruction of many of USA's finest mailboxs and there immediate vicinity. This was executed with willful disregard to life and limbs of men, women and children as well as pets, livestock and new construction. His stockpile of armements where so vast in the sleepy little hollow that when the authorities raided the house they stated " I have never seen so many igloos in a basement filled with illicit materials". FBI Agent Jones said "There is no possible way this was for personal consumption, this was quite obviously a neferious plot to bring down great vengence and furious anger to those who would oppose him!" There has been no leads to date on any other individuals involved, there is however a country wide purple alert for any seemingly small and harmless packages (especially those with a spicey, leathery and chocolate scents eminating from within) received form Monroe and surrounding areas. If you should received such a package do not open, shake, nor inspect the contents. Instead immediately return to your post office and forward to the Harlem headquarters for proper disposal by fire. As a last note Mr. Bin ala lama ladi dadi, whilst being hauled away, was heard to be shouting " It wasn't me I didn't start it, its not my fault!!!" and another odd phrase " Falco I shall return" anyone with information on what this utterances could mean, please contact your local autorities, as their is a reward for the information that leads to the apprehension of any of his cohorts.
