Was thinking of getting this. My humidor does not have glass or external hydrometer. I thought this would save me from opening the humidor so much to check hydrometer.

Opening your humidor is good in moderation, it prevents mold.

So unless you have tons of un-needed cash laying around, I wouldn't bother.

That would be a good product if you have the problem of leaving the humi open. Other than that, it's a gimmick item that's probably going to be in the next skymall or sharper image catalog.

Unless you have a good size cabinet, then you'd need about 10lbs worth.
