Just wanted to say here how impressed I have been with the beans so far. I come from the lands of coffee snobbery too, so I am not an easy sell. These beans are at the very top of any I have tried and I will definitely be ordering more! Thanks Jerry!

Did you get a new sealing machine? those bags had all of the air completely sucked out of them, I don't remember other shipments quite that sealed. The aroma that was released when I opened the bag was incredible and this batch seems to be much more oily, just the way I like them!
