Do they still make this size? If so, are they hand made long filler?
 
Well let me introduce you to a neat lil tool called google.com. LOL j/k
I googled it and found plenty of places that carry them, and yes they are long filler. Usually about $50 a box.

notice that my question was... "Do they still make this size?"

I know where to buy them.

They are a similar size to the Corticos and I also wasn't sure if they were completely hand made.
