This just occured today. Are we having any software problems?

Lol. I have sent a few PMs in the past and the user did not recieve them. I assumed it was a mistake on my part though.

hA! I might have the same problem even few times. When I sent PM, not received answer, sent another one with "whats going on" and get answer that it was the first PM he received. So looks like something is wrong.
