I would never get in a bus with this yahoo behind the wheel - unless it's all an act to sell the package.
He seems like he is mentally ill and not just a "hippie". It could be a scam because what brother would not try to help someone he cared about having such trouble. His brother seems to be encouraging his dangerous behavior as when he photographs him jumping from a 30ft. cliff.

I don't know why you'd have to pay somebody else to set up a hippie vacation, it's pretty simple...just smoke alot of weed, practice poor personal hygene, and fail to contribute anything to society.
