B&M is shorter than Tobacconist (and easier for us old guys to spell correctly). :whistling:
 
OH, like as in NOT your internet shops. How horribly clever. I've got it now! I'll head back to the rear of my bus now...good thing it's a SHORT walk from the front to the back. :sign:

One of the shops I patronize (in Enfield) is in a wood frame building so referring to it as a "brick and mortar" is kind of stupid. When I visit Jim's shop in Hartford, all I see is glass from the outside and cigars, glass and ceiling tiles on the inside so "bricks and mortar" aren't exactly the first thing that come to my mind when I think of Jim's shop. I never liked that expression and see nothing wrong with sticking with "tobacconist" or "local shop."
