If you get a chance to see Sidney Crosby in person, don't pass it up. He is well worth the price of admission. On almost every shift, he does something special. I may be a year early, but I see this team in the final's for the cup.

LET'S GO PENS

So -- what are you hearing there in Pittsburgh? Will the Penguins stay there or does KC have a shot of landing them??

They are talking that a decision will be made in the next 7 days. I think it is 50-50 - Our governor is heading it up for state - He is a joke - Unless someone puts big bucks in his pocket, I think he will let them leave. IMHO all the politicians involved in this process are jackasses.

As a ticket holder I sure hope that they stay. I see sid play 20 times in person. I can't imagine life without penguins hockey ???

I concur. Sid has some moves and an uncanny awareness of what's happening.

Sid is just plain amazing he has a wonderful presence and great vision on the ice.

I'm actually for the move but that's because I live in Iowa and a 5.5 hour drive to see my favorite team is a lot better than buying plane tickets. I agree with you though cookie the penguins are poised to be a dominating force in hockey let's just hope they can hold on to the talent they have now.

Will do when he comes here in March (already got the tix). Can't wait to see him on the Ice with Ovechkin (and hopefully Semin) if they put Crosby on PK. Both our teams need defensive help and talent outside line 1. I think next year, both of us will be playoff contenders.

Let's go Caps.

P.S: As much as I hate your Pens, I love to hate you. And it would be a travesty to see you jerks leave Pittsburgh. So I hope the Pens stay in Pittsburgh and allow us to enact are revenge from the mid 90s (freaking 66 and 68).

Mike Prisuta from the DVE morning show in Pittsburgh stated today that a deal will be finalized and signed by tomorrow for a new arena that will keep the Pens in Pittsburgh. Hope his source is accurate.

I received tickets for Christmas....going on Valentines Day.

Oh yea - it is almost like the Pen's own 2 teams - Their own, and the Caps - Remember this year when you were up 5-0 and lost 6-5 - - the Pens are way ahead of the Caps - It will be proved again this Saturday :whistling:
