A few months ago, Erick surprised me with a welcome home (R&R leave) package of some ribs, two full racks. Well they arrived one day late and I never got the chance to cook them. So they sat in the freezer until today when I got the chance to cook them.
They were the easiest thing I've ever cooked, just dropped the whole vacuum packed dealy right into boiling water for 20mins. Then we open them up and see the gorgeous ribs that were wrapped in foil.
These were easily, and I mean easily, the best ribs I've ever had...and at the same time, the easiest to cook. My wife agreed they were outstanding. My daughter, who doesn't eat meat like that, wouldn't leave mine alone.
They were just awesome. Thanks a ton Erick for the gift, they truly were worth the wait. My whole family loves your meat
We'll be ordering another 2 racks in the near future.
