Going to NY on the 2nd

I am going to be in NY, NY for a few days starting on the 2nd. I was wondering if any of you knew some real top notch cigar lounges to go to. I would also be up for meeting up with some of you.

My Mother was Executive Producer for a Broadway Play about the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous. She is flying us out there for the premiere. We will be staying in one of the Helmsley Hotels.

I am going to give my girlfriend a ring while on a carriage ride through the park. This has been planned since last Sept. when we had to cancel our trip due to family issues. And, NO, we are NOT getting married. We have been together for almost 11 yrs and she has put up with a lot of my shit so she deserves it.

I look forward to a great time there. So some nice cigars are a must!!

I always wanted to go to New York, but I'm afraid if I spent too much time there the city would eat me alive.

I don't know of any lounges or anything. I just wanted to wish you well.

Do I smell a HERF brewing ???

I'm actually going to be in NYC (for sure this time :thumbs:) from March 4th to March 7th.

Well if you guys can get here on the 3rd we have a herf going on Saturday! If not, I'm sure we can put something together. Alan what Helmsley Hotel will you be staying at?
 
Not meaning to put a damper on your plans, but the park sure smells like sh-t (imo).

As for other cigar places to check out are, De La Concha on Sixth Avenue along with Nat Shermans. His place is on 5th Avenue and 42nd Street. Just up the block on 5th Avenue is J&R. If we can pull a herf together it would be fun. Enjoy your stay and try to catch a play!! :thumbs:

NOT getting married guys. We have both done that before. It works the way it is and the ring is to celebrate over 10 yrs of it working that way.
