I wish i had a cold

not to be a puss, but it sucks having this crap. Wife (rn) says i need to see the Doc manyana, get tested, and then they have some prescription meds for it? Does that mean to help w/ the symptoms, or to 'cure' it? I now appreciate how good it feels to NOT be sick, forgotten how bad this crap makes you feel. Hot toddy might be in order

Well, it's the flu, and unless i hit the rapid decline, i'll try your prescription. With the meds i'm on, a couple fingers of whiskey should make for an abbreviated evening

That worked great for me when I was in college with no medical insurance. Jose Cuervo and Absolut Citron were my best friends.

Me as I was a youngster always got sick. Now that I am a little older I stick to his protocol. Now I am not saying SHIT faced, but do drink alot. It will cure ya.

I'm trying, but w/ the weather we're having (high 72 today) sitting on the deck w/ a toddy is impossible w/ out a good stick (much to the wifes chagrin :laugh: ) or 2, thinking about a 2nd
