Apparently The Cuban ambassador in the UN has verbally attacked swedens foreign Minister, Mr Carl Bildt, in reply of Sweden's criticism on the situation for human rights in Cuba.
The ambassador accused Sweden for ethnic cleansing, oppression of minorities and expelling anyone who does not have the look of a Viking. Furthermore he brought up Sweden's bloody past with Viking plundering (10th century approx) and our plundering of northern Europe (17th century) . (He missed the fact that Sweden has not been at war since 1814 though)
Translated back to english: Juan Antonio Fernandez Palacios said among other things :"With his aggressive attack (Bildt) brought us back to the not so glorious days of Swedish imperialism which where filled with blood and pain. Their neighboring countries had to endure colonial slavery" This was said in the UN counsel.
Diplomatic sources report that the "diplomatic pouch " has been opened by Cuban officials several times lately.

As pointed out at a Swedish cigar forum: Is this the right time to light a Diplomaticos?
(Excuse my grammar)
