The Ban Intensifies

F'ing Democrat pieces of shit! Hard as I ever worked for my party before, I'm going to make CC look like a goof off!

It's amazing that they were going to protect "certain" establishments from the ban until others found a way through the loophole. It's amazing what money will do!

I haven't read the new bill yet, but they still won't touch the casinos. I hope it won't affect our B&Ms. I go back to my tagline every time I see this.

I say we HERF/Protest at the capital. The Democrats are killing our state, but it was Owens that singned the initial piece of shit legislation.

I hope it doesn't affect B&M's that where i do all my smoking. This is a sad day for Colorado.

Like I said in another post.... This stuff is running rampant around America. We're looking at similar legislation here in Texas, in fact there is a hearing scheduled for today at the state capitol. Read the opening article in CA (Sopranos Cover) where they talk about the recent changes seen in Nevada. Just as a casual outside looker, it seems to me that Nevadians sort of got one slipped passed 'em there.

Smokers' should have right's too and that fact seems to be getting stepped on a lot lately.

P.S. Jazzman; Do you ever sleep man???

I'm certian at some point in the not too distant future, the fact that I sometimes invite people over to my house, and the occasional door to door salesman comes by, my house will qualify as a public space that must be made safe for non smokers.
