For once, knowledge is making me poor!
Look's just like my hunting cabin before I fixed it up.
Here are a before (sort of) and after:
It had been abandoned for 20 years. This is after a few months of work, in which I tore off a screened in porch complete with a plumbed toilet, burned that and everything else in sight, jacked it up, built a new foundation under it, and built on the addition you see on the right.

BTB the Helicopter land on the front lawn, I work w/ a guy who went to school w/ the owner's son. Life must be RUFF! The owner started a cell phone tower company! Only in America! I LOVE this country!!!!!!!
