Who works out and what do you do?

HIT weight training every other day, alternate upper and lower body. HIT cardio every other day, usually 20 min on the bike. Thinking of mixing in some regular cardio in instead of the HIT all the time. When i'm really motivated, i do cardio every day. Home gym, it's great to be able to head down stairs to the work out room!
 
Gym 3 times a week
1 full body weight training a week
2 body parkts per day
2 miles running each of those days
Good Sleep
Eating somewhat right
All key IMHO
And most of all Consistancy Pushing the 10 year mark
 
I’ve been weight lifting for some time now. My friend and I are on rout to set the new American & World power lifting records for our age. Our layout looks something like this

Mon:
Bench Press
Close Grip Bench Press
Cable Curls (6 wide, 6 normal, 6 close) x 3
Tri Pull downs
Military press (alternates free weight & smith machine)
Shrugs
Flys

Tues:
Good Mornings
Squat
Caves
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Low rows
Reverse Flys
Leg Press

Wed:
1 Hour of cardio

Thrus:
Bench Press with chains
Incline Bench Press
Dropset curls
Tri Pull downs
Military press (smith machine with bands)
Shrugs
Flys

Friday:
Caves
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Low rows
Reverse Flys
Leg Press
45+min of Cardio

Sat:
1 Hour Cardio
Heavy Bag training
 
Damn Mark, for being 99 you sure hit the weights hard :sign:

Reminds me of when I was lifting heavily.
