I love beer, and lately I've tried a lot of different styles. Amusingly enough, a long conversation with a friend of mine, an ATF agent, recently got me back into trying some new blends. New to myself anyway. Of all the beers I tried, one of them really stuck out. I wanted to mention it here, because it wasn't just one type, but the whole damn line.
It started with a six-pack of Sleeman's Cream ale, in the cans. Wow, I thought this one of the best lighter bodied beers I've had. It's sort of like a Boddington's, but not as heavy. Then I found a variety pack of bottles. Included was their cream ale, a porter, a pale ale, and a dark. Each one of these beers was just fantastic, especially the cream and the porter.
If you ever get a chance, give them a try.
