1. What cigars are consistent in flavor? Which ones are mild or instead harsh?
Fill in the blank...
Maduro's, for instance, are regularly ________?
Sungrown are ________?
Conneticuts _________?

Can you tell these things from simply a name or do you reseach every cigar before you purchase?

On some different topics...
2. What online cigar store has the largest selection along with cheap prices? Who do you buy from most often?

3. What are your favorite picks in small cigars such as corona, petite coronas, lonsdales, and cigarillos... preferably in a decent price range. Also, what size classifies a cigarillo?

4. Whats your favorite perfecto for a decent price? I can't help it, I just love the way these cigars look, but of course I wanna get some that tast just as good.

Your probably going to get alot of different answers on this because everybody has different taste. But for me maduros have a stronger tobacco flavor, sungrown seen to be alittle milder but sweeter than maduros & a conneticut wrapper has less flavor than the others.

As far as research goes i use to research alot but now i pretty much know what i like. Try a noobie sampler you will get good variety to help you decide what you like. The best thing to do try different cigars until find what you like.

As far as which ones are mild instead of harsh.
maduros (Arturo Fuente 858)
sungrown ( AF sungrown or Ashton VSG)
conneticut (AF 858 in natural wrapper)

As for a small cigar i like CAO Criollo Pampa.

For a retailer searh the Hot deals forum.

Also go to your profile fill it out so we know more about you & what you like. It make giving advice easier.

Sorry. There are few preconceptions that haven't been smashed on the anvil of experience. Experiment and enjoy the ride!

First of all, welcome to the hobby and to Cigar Pass. This is a great place and you'll learn a lot here.

As for your questions, my advice is to read what's been posted, use the "search" button for specifics and just... smoke cigars. You can't learn to swim by asking others how they do it... you've got to jump in the pool, get wet and paddle around. The best way to discover the world of cigars is to jump into the shallow end of the pool and start wading.

Again, welcome to the site and enjoy the adventure!

conneticut (AF 858 in natural wrapper)

That's a Cameroon wrapped cigar, not Connecticut. If you want a Connecticut wrapper Fuente, the Cheateau series is your baby. I've not tried one, as I generally find Connecticut wrappers too mild, and as mild as the standard line AFs are I doubt they'd do anything for me. But if you like mild cigars they may well be great for you. However...

As many have said, the best thing to do is to try a variety of smokes of different strengths, wrapper types, sizes, etc. You don't know what you like (or don't) until you try it, right? So try all you can!

favorite perfecto: I really like the fuente short story, although never smoked on, it fascinates me

i enjoy all perfectos, its one of the reasons i got into cigars.
