Well, I just got home from our trip to Las Vegas. My wife and I, along with a few friends went to Vegas to celebrate my birthday along with our 3 year anniversary... Let me tell you, we had a kick-ass time. Partied like rockstars, the whole nine yards.

While in LV, I made a point to go to the Casa and enjoy a few mojitos and a couple good cigars with great company... What an awesome place. I swear, it was one of the best cigar smoking experiences I have ever had. While there Dan and I met Jen (our bartender) she was such a cool girl, easy to talk to and a great personality... Her smile and laugh made all of our experiences there that much more enjoyable. I have to hand it to the managers there at the Casa, all of their employees there are top notch. Great crew of ppl.

The first evening there I decided to try out a Casa Fuente Belicoso Fino. Man... what a great smoke. Burned excellent with a great draw and plenty of flavor... Hints of spice throughout, just like I like 'em. I'm not one to really pull out specific flavors from a cigar, but I can tell you that this is definitely up there in my top ten for sure... An excellent smoke.

As we were leaving Jen told us that the following evening they were going to have a live DJ and they were having the reps from Montecristo Rum in for a tasting of all their different spirits... I knew instantly that we would be back...

The following evening was killer too. The place was jammin' with people enjoying themselves and some awesome background tunes. That evening I picked out two different cigars that I had never tried before... One was an Anejo #55 and the other was an Ashton Heritage Puro Sol Beli #2
I don't know if it was just the atmosphere I was in, but between those three cigars I felt like I had smoked the creme of the crop... An excellent time was had by all. I can't wait to go back again... What an awesome time.

Looks like a great time Jadon. Gonna have to get myself out there one of these days!

Sounds like a great time.....congrats on the experience. So, out of the three cigars, which would you say was the most impressive?

I would have to say it was a toss up between the Anejo #55 and the Casa Fuente Belicoso Fino... Both were outstanding cigars... The Ashton Heritage Puro Sol was a bit on the mild side for my exact liking... Very good though, don't get me wrong.

It is that kind of attentoin to detail that has gotten me to where I am today.

So you're saying bad attention to detail means you wind up in Hartfoed CT?
By that logic Gary's also horrible at detail, is this true?

No, Gary actually lives just outside Hartford, CT. I'm the only one in lonely Hartfoed. West Hartfoed, to be exact.
