The proceeds are to go to the Marine Corps -- Law Enforcement Foundation and Rush says he will match whatever the final selling price ends up at.

Btw, Dingy Harry Reid just gave a speech on the Senate floor acknowledging the letter/auction and then........tried to take partial credit for the $$$$$$ raised(and matched by Rush though DHR didn't mention that part) as the auction wouldn't have happened if the letter had never been written and signed by 41 (despicable) senators.
