The boy (Brandon) is now 8 weeks old!

Man, I'm beat

The one piece of advice that has keep going through my head (just about every other day) came from when Todd left a voice mail on my phone saying "Just remember, you love you wife, you love your wife, you love your wife"

He started smiling and giggling this week which is VERY rewarding considering he didn't do anything but eat, sleep, crap & cry for the past 8 weeks.

Just thought I'd share

Here's a picture from a week or so ago:

Very cute kid! It should also be mentioned that in the future you will want to go back to here becasue their mobility is not a factor and they don't get into as much trouble. Then when they start talking................actually, take lots of pictures, enjoy because they grow REALLY fast!

Mark, I SOOOO Feel ya.

Today is the first day that our girls have to go to our baby sitter....which means mom's first day back at work.

Last night was not fun at all. I think I got in about 2 hours of sleep last night.

Shit's not easy is it...hahahaha.

BTW, that little focker better not be hitting on my girls next year at the BBQ Herf, hahahahah

No amount of "warning" could have prepared us for the lack of sleep...it's completely ridiculous. Also, as I am sure you know by now, the books are useless...you just need to figure it out as you go.

ps - yes, he will!

Thanks for the compliment. You never know if you're kid is cute or not...well, because it's yours

 I have no doubt. Also, not looking forward to him eating "real" food either. Diapers are bad enough as it is! :whistling:

actually Mark, there is one book that I would recommend. I read it quite often actually and IMO is WAY better then all the others.

Baby's Owners Manual.

Great picture and he is cute! Now put a real outfit on him

I feel your pain

We have 5 kids and just recently our daughter, the youngest, left home to study overseas. We are finally back to just the 2 of us.
I cannot explain how wonderful it is. There was a lot of crying in our house and as they got older, the crying shifted to me, paying for all their crap

a nanny huh?? I can't even imagine how much that will cost you. Around here, a good day care will cost you about $600 - $700 a month, PER CHILD.

ouch!

My package gets around that is all I can say.

Don't worry about the other thing if will hold up the package.

Just pass it forward to some unsuspecting person :whistling:

Great name!

Nice picture Mark. Our daughter is 5 months old and starting to squeal/laugh/etc. This is the point where it starts getting fun. Enjoy it while you can.

I see the resemblance!

Have fun Mark!

It's funny because the wife an I couldn't figure out who he looked like (I requested a DNA test which she didn't think was funny) but this week more than one person said he looks like me :D
