who else here is a compulsive buying addict?

I have enough Opus and Anejo to smoke nothing but for 4 years, yet i can't NOT buy them when they come available.

Anyone else suffer from this wicked form on insanity? :sign:

Not to that extent, but yes. I have enough cigars here to smoke frequently for the next year, but I still keep buying.

I like to go to the B&M, and I feel bad not buying something when I'm there. The problem is that I always buy more than I should because something always catches my eye.

Add to that the seasonal items that you just HAVE to buy like Anejo and Opus (and don't forget my new favorite - maduro Hemingways) along with the great deals that turn up on CP that I just have to buy immediately because if I stop to think about it I'll be too late, and you have a serious problem.

I've said, "that's it, after this it's time to quit buying and start smoking" a half dozen times in the last two months, but today I found myself going to the B&M again and walking out with a bag full of sticks. Will it ever end....

Sounds like we have the same "Issues". Not to mention tastes, I love Hemi Maduros!
Well, one thing about all this buying is... I'll finally be able to let some of my cigars age!

I hear you guys. . . . I went way over board this year. . . however, the beauty of purchasing OPUS and Anejo's is you can always sell them for what you paid. . .should you ever decide to let go of them :whistling: :D

And should anyone decide they want to part with a single , I am willing to buy one....(I am not wealthy enough to have any OPUS or Anejo's but I think I could scrape togeter enough for a single)

Hello everyone my name is Brandon, and I have a problem. I am a Fuente whore, and cannot control my spending. I stock up on enough of a cigar to last me a year, but when I see more of them for sale I buy more. I need help, will someone please guide me through this crisis. The Fuente HTF's that elude me have wreaked havoc on my soul, and I don't know how much more I can stand. Someone please help.

Tell me about it. I am currently on vacation in Florida and out of control. B4 I left I ordered a box of OPUS Super Belli's that should be waiting for me on my return(haven't mentioned that 1 to the wife yet) So far here in Fla I have picked up a box of 50 Anejos, 2 BTL Hemy's, 1 GOF Dbl Robusto...It's just that the prices are so tempting down here..... must regain control.

Hey Lou,

I was wondering where to take the wife next year for vacation. . . Florida here we come!!

I do seem to want to own a box of cigars I really like, although it's not practical for me to own that many boxes. I like too many different cigars! :D I guess my problem is similar but, in a way, opposite. I have no desire to own many boxes of one cigar.

I have to ask where in Florida were you able to pick up the anejo?

Please say somewhere in Orlando :D

I think we all to some extent suffer from OCD when it comes to this. I have about 15 year's worth of stash and have absolutely ZERO Opus and Anejo, for me the cigar has never lived up to the hype on either line but there are other things I sure don't seem to be able to say no to even when I don't need any.

I am hgoping to gain some control this year as my Mrs is starting her Masters program and any additional purshases will require another over flow cooler to be started.

As said on another BB, "Its a disese"

I don't have the Fuente Jones, but my car simply won't pass a B&M without steering into the parking lot. Once inside and I see their selection, no matter how good/bad it is I feel compelled to buy something. Do you think this is the way it is with females and shoes?

I wasn't talking about just Fuente products, it was about buying whatever you like. Oh, and Fly, keep on not liking Fuente products, that leaves more for us that do :p

No worries Gator, you'll never have to worry about fighting with me over the last opus. Now, the Hemingway maduros on the other hand......

I have no idea what you're talking about. :whistling:

All I know is that my Opus and Anejo purchases this December put me over the edge and I have no room in my "Opus" and "Anejo" trays anymore. I have 10 Opus #4s lying strewn about my humidor wherever there is room.

Yeah bout that, just got done hearin that I have to take it easy on the cigars for just a little bit. So what did I do, BUY more. Hey I couldn't help it, a once in blue deal came up. Had to buy..... I think..... ya once in a blue...... or fug it I just can't stop buying......lol. I sware I done for a few.

Oh don't say that. I'm heading there in March and was hoping I wouldn't be tempted.

Yes sir, I am with you. Unfortunately I live in North east FL where the Anejo and opus are pretty hard to come bye.

The pisser of it all I was deployed while the Opus and Anejo xmas deliveries came in and just returned last week. I was able to score some Opus, but the Anejo are long gone.

I wish there was a reliable source for them, whenever we want them. The BULLSHIT Fuente marketing machine is definitely in full effect, and they have us all standing by waiting to buy up whatever they release.

I love the Anejo, Opus and the WOAM are another favorite. I am always on the hunt, when they pop up on the boards I always buy whatever I can, then I think "do I have the spare $$?" or " do I have room for another box?", probably thoughts I should be having pre purchase , but that is the Fuente fever that affects my judgement.

Yep the Anejo are my favorite smoke, I will never have enough on hand.
