Go to first unread post button

When I click on the go to first unread post button it takes me to the front of the thread instead of the first post since I read since last visit. It doesn't do this on all threads, but it does it on some. Is this on my end or the forum?

I have been noticing the same thing, so it may be something we have in common.

I'm using Firefox on a Windows PC. You?

I've been having this problem for a while. I did everything that was suggested in the other threads, ut nothing seems to work for me.

When you click on New Posts, on the left of each thread title there's an arrow that is supposed to lead you to the last post on each thread, since you last visited the thread.

I am using IE, on XP. Has only done this since the last forum upgrade.

....doh! I knew the arrow meant "unread posts" but I didn't know it was clickable..... :whistling:

I tried it out on most all the threads found by using the "View New Posts" search option from the top menu......seemed to work fine on everything I checked it on. Both IE7 and FireFox, my browser of choice, seemed to behave just fine. XP Professional / SP2 as the OS......

Might try clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, and trying again?
