I smoked one of these last night while nursing my bottled water and reading about Frodo and the one ring. I was really amazed at this little guy, the cigar not Frodo. It was a smooth creamy smoke, lots of it, and tasted strangely like an Ashton Classic.

My question: Has anyone else made this comparison? Are there others like this. It was a great light bodied smoke that I would gladly replace my Ashtons with. I guess I'll have to smoke an Ashton tonight to pick up the subtle differences. Your thoughts???

Smoked a bunch of these at a "LOS BLANCOS" night at the local B&M a few months ago. Met David Blancos, a super good guy and very interesting to talk with. I actually won a "special" box of some thing or another from Los Blancos first generation of cigars. I also bought a split box of the CTS and the Criollo Torps. I prefer the Criollo over all the others and the Sumatra would be my second choice. I've never really smoked enough of the Ashton Classics to compare.

David told me their smokes would never be sold on-line, only at B&M's. I just yesterday stumbled across them on-line.
