I hosted a Super Bowl party, so I decided to "pull out all the stops". This evening, my buddies and I had a shot of Four Roses 40th, George T Stagg '07, Laphroaig 30, and Macallan 1861 replica (not in that order). From a whisk(e)y tasting perspective, this was a tough night to beat! Combine that with the Bolivar PC and Coronado by La Flor that I smoked along with the ribs BBQ'ed perfectly, and this was one helluva night!
