a little dilemma

i placed an order with a banned vendor (NHC, yea i shouldve known) 2 weeks ago. still havent received anything from them. i called them 4 times and left 4 messages regarding my order and no one has even called me back or even an email. what should i do? wait it out a few more weeks? contact my CC company? help me out BOTL's
 
Two weeks & no returned calls is poor customer service, but not necessarily a lost cause. Call your CC company and see if the charges have been posted to your account. Ask your CC company their policy regarding charge backs - they may put a preliminary freeze on the charges until you decide to open a formal complaint.
 
They were banned because they were screwing other vendors - well respected folks around here - not because they were screwing customers, so I'm guessing you'll be alright.

They're not going to see another penny of my money, ever, after they way they conducted themselves.
 
boy do i feel like an ass. turns out he was in nicaragua with pete johnson when i was trying to contact him. i ended up going through my credit card company to get a refund and a few days later he returned my call. the package was lost in the mail and the items i ordered was no longer in stock. so to turn this bad experience good, he offered to ship me out a tatuaje east coast t-shirt, tatuaje cutter, tatuaje trucker hat and a 5er of tatuaje p4's ALL ON THE HOUSE. :thumbs:
 
I'm happy for you, that the situation went your way. Regardless, it will not change my feelings about this vendor and their business practices. They stepped over a line here on this board of all places. It will not be forgotten by me or many others here.

And I told two friends and they told to friends and they told two friends....

Glad it worked out okay, but as some of the other members said, I was JUST made aware of what happened a few months ago, and prolly won't give them business either....
