Can you help me identify this?

So I get this stick and I have searched high and low to figure out what vitola it is and why the band is different. All the HdMs, I have seen, that are tradicions do not say 'hand made' on the bottom. The head of the cigar is shaped like a perfecto but the foot flares out. The stick is somewhere about 6 1/2" to 6 3/4" long. I have no idea where it was purchased. I have smoked a few Epicures(NC) before and they are a great cigar for the price. Thanks for the help guys.
