I put in a nice holiday order at JR's a little while ago. Bought a box of Bolivar Cofradias (yum yum), and when I go to check out, I use my Debit Master Card like I always do. A little box pops up and says that Master Card will no longer accept purchases for tobacco products because of new legislation that may go through. It still let me buy my stuff but what happens if it (legislation) does go through? I guess I will have to change banks to one that has Visa or something... This sucks!! It's getting to where now I can't even enjoy my smokes if it's not for other people that don't like it, it's the stuff in my wallet that won't even let ME buy it! I'm moving...

JR has plans to get around that with some type of card. I can;t remember the specifics, but this "card" will allow you to purchase from them on line.

Well it's not just JR. I buy from a few online stores and it will effect all of them, as the MC is the only debit card I have. Hmm... Oh well.

I'll bet I can call Al, Stinki, Uptown, Idahogan, or any of our retail Brothers on the phone and maybe get around that little bit of FACISM.

I use a prepaid visa for poker on line.
Go to the check cashing place get an all access visa.
never had any trouble with it wherever I use it.
You can transfer funds to it from your "regular card" online
