I have to admit that I'm a little shocked to see the Cumbres de Puriscal Gold Toro by Tabacos de la Cordillera rated #1. Having suffered through one of these during Wilkey's taste test some time back, I can assure that I would not put this on my "top cigar" list....far from it, actually.

To each their own, but seeing that on top of several others I'm familiar with was a big surprise.
