My own Bail-Out Plan

I have decided that i want to look into some things that have been on my to-do list for some time. I'm interested in signing up for some fun classes but need help locating ones in my area. If anyone can direct me to one or more of the following:
-stunt/offensive driving courses, like ones that body guards go to
-whiskey educational seminars/classes, something a little more educational then ordering the top shelf at a bar
-beer educational seminars/classes, same as above

Any help in these areas would be greatly appreciated. The possibility to do all three would be fantastic.

Isn't there a track in WVA where some goverment agencies send their field officers for driver training? Some one in the mid-atlantic area must have heard of it.
