Prices already increasing

So I was looking at one of my regular sites to buy a couple of boxes. Had my wishlist all saved and set up and went to go to the checkout and I found that my boxes had all gone up the same amount, almost $10 a box. I thought that this wasnt going to kick in for another two days??? WTF?? I cleared my basket out and hit cancel on the order. Anyone else seen this yet?

I think maybe a few retailers are looking to make a few bucks BEFORE the tax hits. I cant blame them, I can see a dip in sales in the next few months until prices restabalize and people start ordering again

I ordered 3 boxes last night, and prices had not gone up
from my planning/research 2-3 weeks ago. I even got
free shipping, as planned.

went to get some Opus at my local and he had raised the prices 55cents from the last time he had them in.

while this may be the case for some places, i can attest to the fact that some manufacturers have been hitting me with this tax as early as a month ago.

I have purchased 8 boxes this month. And will go on a little break for now. Except for Tatuaje since they are eating the cost.
