That's is really freaking awesome! Congrats man. If for some reason Uncle Sam decides I need to be stationed in Hawaii I'll stop in and say hi sometime. :D :whistling:

Materials totaled about $880.00
AC not included - $109.00 (5000 btu)
De-humidifier not included - $220.00 (model has a set point to turn on/off. 50 pint model)
I returned my initial de-humidifier as it just had a knob control and wasn't efficient.

I'm sure the costs would be less in the continental US even for small stuff like drill bits, fasteners, shelving material.
