I got the job!

Congratulation Wyatt! If anyone deserves a chance to prove himself it's you. I'm sure there are better days ahead for you . :thumbs:

Well, that's a long story Ray, but here's the short version.

I divorced about 8 months ago and was looking to get back into the military, as it is something I've missed greatly. I've been on an absence of leave from the teaching job at the prison to serve as the deployment training officer and rear commander during deployment for my unit. Well, they are back, so it's time for my orders to be done...however, I was selected for this permanent AGR job, so I will be doing this at least until I hit my 20 year retirement.

So, I'll be leaving the prison job for good, in order to get back in to the military and pursue an AGR career (Active Guard Reserve).

Congratulations Brickhouse! That is quite some accomplsihment there. There's nothing like getting that job you really wanted, especially when you are going up against tough competition. Good job...
