Profile Strikethrough

I found out how to perform Strikethough in a post but am wondering how to apply it to my profile as well. I thought it would be typing "['s]" at the beginning and "['/s]" (without apostrophes) at the end but that does not seem to be working. Any help?

Shamrocker helped me figure this out. I was trying to use strikethrough in the Interests section rather than the About Me section. Thanks again Keith.
