Bouliva, Bohiba, Backwards

This was in the menu at the restaurant I had lunch in when I was in the Bahamas. I almost wanted to try a Backwards, but I figured if the Bohiba cost 3x as much, what kind of garbage was in the Backwards?

In the same area (The Fish Fry, as I was told it's called), I saw this restaurant, and couldn't help but snap a pic:
