I have that exact set-up here at home, but when I am rolling through who-knows-where in the Land Cruiser I really need to keep the temperature consistent. The box-with-Boveda part is easy... what about the temperature? That's what I need to control.
This trip has no time limit. We are selling out and headed South from Oregon till we hit penguins.... 😂. As far as the price of the Landcruiser 60's and 80's, they are in demand because they are field-fixable and were pre-computer and they are overbuilt to tackle anything.
I need ideas please! I am converting my series 80 Land Cruiser to a pop-top camper with lots of storage, solar, and plenty of electrical power. I need to take my cigars!! I'm toying with an idea of making a small coolador for maybe 50-100 cigars. It could be 12v or 120v using my inverter...
I have a few sticks that I wouldn't mind swapping out for something more along my taste (eg I have 4 CAO Amazon Basin Extra Añejo Toros, a couple Plasencia Alma Fuerte Generación V, a few EP Carrillo Encore Majestic and Pledge, a few Padron 1926).
What do I need to do? Is there an active...
I think this batch was about $30. The 2nd batch was about 40 cigars. I asked him to leave out the boxes for a lower shipping price so he wrapped them nicely and sent them out. I can't be sure of the shipping for the 40 sticks because we shared the price. They landed at about $9 per stick...

About 3 months ago I ordered a sampler box of 10 V&D cigars. After a months in the humidoe I stared to smoke them. I have had zero problems with the construction and burn and the flavors are superb. They really suit my pallet. Just FYI: My tastes run from Cuban Partagas and Raymon Allones to...
I can adapt because I can really appreciate the science and method, especially when it comes to Cubans. I don't smoke Cubans more than once or twice per week, the rest of the time I'm smoking NC's. I think I will just make an effort because it's worth it!
"I try to do the dry box thing, but most of the time my smoking is a spur of the moment thing and I have to just grab out of the humi."
That's me most of the time.😉 I open up the humidor and intuit the my pick for the day... depending on mood, weather how much time I have, etc.
Trying to dry...
