Thanks for the replies. What are your thoughts on 60% beads? Also, are you over here now? Ever been to Al Asad?

In Iraq - Suggest type of humidification?

I will be in Iraq until June of next year, so I'd like to find the best solution for keeping my sticks nice and moist. Generally, I keep my cigars around 65%, but this is in a larger humidifier and in an environment that isnt nearly as dry. Let me start by saying Iraq is VERY hot and VERY dry...

    Hello from Iraq!

Yea, its not a bad gig, especially when you consider what they pay. I was a FF in good ol' roswell nm.

    Hello from Iraq!

Awesome. However, ill most likely be in Al Asad for the entire 12 months. To the above, I am not training iraqi firefighters. I am working for WSI, who is the primary contractor in iraq for fire and ems response on the bases. We have 20 something sites and around 800 firefighters.

The Bomb Squad is at my house right now!

No idea who it was, but I was bombed from someone in Chester Springs, PA (Thanks Jon M). The ol' lady and I just enjoyed one of the delicious treats that you sent. We are both very appreciative of your kind gesture. We all know that times are hard right now, so little gifts like this go a...

Who's going through tough times and has an empty humidor?

I'm down to two smokes in my humidor, but I don't take handouts :) I can blame it on my questionable spending habits

Got me a new rifle today!

Thanks, that s quite a nice setup you have there as well. I may actually get me an extra barrel (.22lr) for this one, as I may end up with a 2nd bolt. Probably do something liike an 18" bull barrel with target crowning. We'll see.

Got me a new rifle today!

I was waiting for someone to catch that ;) I didn't mention the optics, cause well, they are cheap and not worth mentioning. But since you asked... The first pictures are of an ACOG counterfeit, roughly $130 on ebay and some other websites. Surprisingly clear glass and holds a zero. Fixed...
