Sours are where its at, but I agree. They are either amazing, or horrible. New Holland Brewery had a cellar series for locals that were all sours. As much as I love NHBC, Their "Incorragable" sour was one of the worst beers I've ever had lol

I got a call at work yesterday that someone from a neighboring fire department that we worked really close with got hit by a car while on a call. It turned out to be their chief. He's a really great guy and I doubt he will make it through the day. If yall feel like sending good vibes or prayers...
