im in no way trying to knock your post...but can never understand the "which would you buy" questions in general... what i enjoy may not be what you enjoy...it would make more sense to ask if anyone has one of each to spare/trade and try them and then decide...anyway i enjoy the monarch...

im not a daily smoker and i am lucky if i have the time to unwrap and throw them in the humi.... i order multiple boxes at once and i try to let them rest for 6 months or so...i know its a long time but..i am always able to grab something thats been sitting in my humi for years...so why rush...

i have a few sticks although not quite that old...i guess we all have a few which we cant bring ourselves too smoke until a special occasion..weddings of a child or births of a grandchild..that sort of thing...some say why save them smoke them but alas this will be a grand occasion and im sure...

agreed that the p2 is one of the better cigars to come out of cuba as far as new release goes...and it being partagas just makes it even better..imo.

i agree with doc...get a revisa box and youll be amazed...as for other un-checked 00 and 01's its hit or miss ive had some real nice cigars from both those yr.s.

im not sure but the doc i know only brings high end sticks to the marriot...although those sp belis are delish !! just as good as a canolli with chocolate covering.
