I've never done that.

Purging with a soft flame is a part of my cigar smoking routine, even if the cigar is burning good. I purge once, when the cigar is just past the halfway point.

I'm also a  big fan of 858 SG. I recently smoked a Lat 54 and i have the same opinion with you.

MOW Ruination and AF 858 SG.  I liked AF more than MOW. MoW is good, but it's just too strong....

Padron 5000 natural.

I had a few AF 858 wrapped in cedar,  all of them had small mold spots. All the other cigars kept in the same conditions were ok. So from now on i will remove the cedar.

In one year of cigar smoking i purchased 3 boxes. First one was a box of Undercrown corona viva.  The other two are still on the way to me: AF Magnum R52 and 858SG.
