Sorry to jump on this thread at the end...I recently sent my dad a 12 pack of my homebrew. I put each bottle in it's own gallon ziplock baggie, then used spray foam to keep it all nice and snug in the box. Everything arrived safe and sound. Also, I sent it USPS Ground it takes longer, but...
